Hanna and I are kicking back and relaxing this evening to watch part one of Ken Burns'
Prohibition. What better beverage to pair with dinner, therefore, than something alcoholic? We decided to go with a martini I invented on the fly last weekend:
- 1/3 whiskey
- 1/3 honey liquor
- 1/3 maple syrup
- ice
You know the drill: mix the liquids thoroughly, add an ice cube to chill. Enjoy ... slowly.
And the first half hour of the documentary is pretty promising.
